2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Submit order" button, you submit a binding offer to purchase.
We will confirm receipt of your order immediately by email. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation.

3. Right of withdrawal

4. Prices and payment terms

All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. Payment is made according to the selected payment method.

5. Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are stated on the respective product page and are non-binding unless otherwise agreed.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. The place of jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law, is our registered office.
